OVERVIEW
In the spring of 2023, Chasing Wonder, a new West Coast conference celebrating creativity and exploration, commissioned a full brand identity along with attendee merchandise. The team behind the event was looking for a feel that incorperated the wonder of pushing the envelope of arts and sciences with a friendly soft feel.
CHALLENGE
The work involved defining a conference that didn’t yet have its own culture, constructing its identity from the ground up alongside the client’s evolving vision.
WHAT WE DID
We combined classical polyhedral structures with traditional Japanese geometric systems, using negative space and bold, simple planetary forms to shape the visual language.
